CPSharing is an organization which focuses itself on end-to-end support to organizations where communication and information are essential for doing business from day to day.

CPSharing is the result of a merger between CliënTel and Pridis.

 Our Vision

The Contact Center and business communications market is developing very rapidly. Organizations require structured communications and information solutions. There are numerous products on offer and they all  promise to solve most of the customer’s problems. During design and implementation, however, it quickly becomes apparent that there is an enormous legacy of information, with communication systems in which the proposed products are insufficiently incorporated, resulting in frustration and high implementation costs. Organizations need a knowledgeable partner who can master the whole chain, from marketing planning to basic technology, so that projects effectively become SMART (specific, measurable, acceptable, realistic and on time).

Our  Mission

To be a profitable expert within the Contact Center and business communications market (telebusiness market) by designing, implementing and optimizing processes, organization and technology. We achieve this by utilizing our broad and thorough knowledge of telebusiness, reflected in our recommendations and designs, and in the implementation and maintenance of effective applications.
